At age seven, Otgo first fell in love with the beautiful art form that is contortion; and since then, she has never changed her mind.

Throughout her life, her goal of being one of the top contortionists has not been a smooth journey. From the grasp of
a socialist country, she escaped a morose childhood and transformed herself into a world-famous performer.

This is the story of Otgo reaching for the rare treat of success that seemed almost impossible as any challenge could have overtaken her. Since she was armed with intense devotion to her success, contortion saved her life and gifted Otgo with many opportunities.

Flexible Spine Youthful You

Flexibility and Mobility Exercises based on the art of Mongolian Contortion practices were created by Flexible Body Art from the Otgo Waller Method.

The featured exercises focus on spine health and alignment to increase overall flexibility and mobility throughout the body because when the spine is aligned everything will be fine. "You are as young as your spine is flexible." Joseph Pilates.
The spine is the tree of life it provides nutrition and information throughout the entire body. If there are any blockages such as tightening, stress, tension, lack of flexibility, and mobility in the spine health and wellness are compromised.

The prescribed exercises are for all levels beginner to advanced. The exercises are illustrated in sequential series addressing each section of the spine that also covers stretches to improve mobility and articulation to improve and go deeper into the side and forward splits as well as opening up the shoulders and neck area where most people hold their stress and tension.
The method is simple and very easy to follow.
